Lizzo is marking her comeback with a fresh era, featuring her first solo release in three years, a new album, and a series of intimate concerts. Following a period of relative quietude due to legal issues, the Grammy and Emmy-winning artist has launched a new single and accompanying music video, signaling her return to the music scene.
This release precedes her fifth full-length album, “Love In Real Life,” set to debut this summer. According to her team, “Love in Real Life” showcases Lizzo at her best, embracing rock ‘n’ roll more than ever before.
To celebrate this new chapter, Lizzo will perform three “super intimate” fan shows in March. The tour includes stops at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on March 12, Irving Plaza in New York on March 16, and First Avenue in Minneapolis on March 18. Ticket presales are available now, with general sales starting on March 6.
Lizzo show dates:
Los Angeles, CA — The Wiltern
New York, NY — Irving Plaza
Minneapolis, MN — First Avenue
Earlier this month, Lizzo bid farewell to her previous era with a viral Instagram post, followed by a flute-soundtracked trailer for her new album. She reflected on her 2022 album “Special,” noting it was her way of helping people cope with difficult times.
In her latest teaser, Lizzo emphasizes the importance of genuine connections: “No views, no likes. Real love. In real life.” Alongside her new single, concerts, and upcoming album, fans can expect more music and surprises soon, all centered around “love, life, and Lizzo.”
